The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in Regulations on the Highest qualification commission of the notariate approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 31, 2011 No. 923 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 67, Art. 2584; 2013, No. 9, Art. 336; 2016, No. 91, Art. 2973; 2017, No. 73, Art. 2248; 2020, No. 20, Art. 758; 2021, No. 29, the Art. 1644), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Highest qualification commission of notariate

1. State Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. In the activities the Commission is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, this Provision, orders of Ministry of Justice, and also regulations of work of the Commission.".

2. In item 4:

1) to add Item after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:

"determines date of delivery of qualification examination on the right to occupation notarial activities;".
