About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2022 No. 164

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 240

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2022 No. 164 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 14.1.1 "Accreditation of rating agency with inclusion in the register of rating agencies and receipt of the certificate on the inclusion in the register of rating agencies" approved by this resolution:

in Item 1:

state subitem 1.3.1 in the following edition:

"1.3.1. ministerial procedure is performed concerning the legal entities created in form of business of economic society and not performed concerning the legal entities specified in part two of Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out accreditation of rating agencies, including procedure for their inclusion in the register of rating agencies (exception of it) and structure of the data included in the register;";

in subitem 1.3.2 of the word of "Item 13 part two" shall be replaced with words "Item 8";

to state part one of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 in the following edition:
