About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 2023 No. 25
Based on Item 2 of article 49 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 419-Z "About public procurements of goods (works, services)" and Item 12 of appendix to this Law Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the column "Name of Suppliers, Contractors (Contractors)" of Item 6 of appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 2023 No. 25 "About implementation of public procurements using procurement procedure from one source" the following changes:
word in paragraph one "KUPP "Berezarayagroservice" shall be replaced with words "JSC Narutovichi;
paragraph two after the words "Dokshitsky District Agroservice"," to add with the word "Dolomite",";
in paragraph four:
to replace the word Lidaagrotekhservice with the word "Lida-agrotekhservice";
words "oshmyansky JSC Agropromtekhnika shall be replaced with words "Oshmyansky JSC Agropromtekhnika.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
