1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 11, 2010 No. 138 "About approval of Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 14, Art. 1649; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4487; 2020, No. 6, Art. 680; No. 50, Art. 8199; 2023, No. 27, Art. 4996).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation

1. Add Item 52 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Submission to the regional center of the Single system of flight plan of the pilotless aircraft and subsequent use of airspace by it are performed by the owner or the operator of such pilotless aircraft.".
