About some questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize republican public institutions - territorial authorities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2020 No. 701 "Questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in the list of the territorial authorities which are under authority of the Ministry and territorial subdivisions of its departments:
Section "1. Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

add in the line, sequence number 74-1, of the following content:

add in the lines, sequence numbers 127-1 and 127-2, of the following content:
"127-1. Department of emergency situations of the area Ulken Naryn Departamenta of emergency situations of the East Kazakhstan region.
127-2. Department of emergency situations of the area Markakol Departamenta of emergency situations of the East Kazakhstan region.".
3. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.
