2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide transfer of the approved amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of republican value, the capital in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To provide to akims of areas, cities of republican value and the capital:
1) timely and target use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers;
2) submission to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of reports on use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers to the 8th following reporting.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2024.
