1. Realize pilot project on rendering the state service "Forming of Individual Identification Number to Foreign Citizens through Foreign Institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – pilot project).
2. Determine effective period of pilot project from the date of entry into force of this joint order till December 31, 2024.
3. Approve:
1) the list of foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in which the pilot project according to appendix 1 to this joint order is implemented;
2) algorithm of realization of pilot project according to appendix 2 to this joint order.
4. For carrying out pilot project to provide to National Information Technologies joint-stock company (under approval) technical maintenance when rendering the state services.
5. To provide to department of digitalization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) the direction of the copy of this joint order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" within five working days from the date of signing of the joint order for inclusion in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
