For the purpose of increase in efficiency of rule-making activities and enhancement of work with legal information I decide:

1. Create the National center of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Belarus (further – the Center) based on reorganized by merge of the National center of the legislation and legal researches and the National center of legal information.

2. Approve Regulations on the National center of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

3. Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. in three-months time to provide reorganization of the National center of the legislation and legal researches and the National center of legal information with reducing the general number of staff of employees of these centers on 20 units, including on 3 units of the government civil servants;

3.2. in a month to approve structure and the number of staff of the Center;

3.3. take other measures for the organization of activities of the Center.

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

4.1. provide financing of the Center taking into account planned budgetary appropriations on financing of the National center of the legislation and legal researches and the National center of legal information;

4.2. in a month after approval of structure and the number of staff of the Center to provide approval in coordination with Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus of payment terms of work of his workers;

4.3. together with the National center of the legislation and legal researches and the National center of legal information to prepare and introduce in accordance with the established procedure in the House of Representatives of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus offers on reduction of the laws in compliance with this Decree in a month;
