About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. Determine that non-paid provision, obtaining and (or) use by physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, legal entities of money, other property *, works, services are prohibited on the following purposes (in connection with the following):

implementation of terrorist and other extremist activities, other acts prohibited by the legislation, and which are equally doing harm to homeland security, the state and (or) public concerns or creating threat of causing such harm, and also connected with called activities and acts;

preparation or elections, referenda, response of the deputy of the House of Representatives of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus, member of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus, deputy of local council of deputies, organization or holding meetings, meetings, street processions, demonstrations, picketing, strikes, production and (or) distribution of propaganda materials about these actions;

organization of events, directed to carrying out political and mass agitation work among the population, not answering the purpose of provision of the free (sponsor's) aid.

The president of the Republic of Belarus, by legal acts the possibility of provision, obtaining and (or) use of property on the purposes called in paragraphs three and the fourth part one of this Item can be established.

3. Provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus or bodies authorized by it the right to explain questions of application of this Decree.
