RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About application of special restrictive measure

For the purpose of ensuring protection of national interests of the Republic of Belarus and response to unfriendly actions of the Republic of Lithuania, and also based on the paragraph of the sixth Item 2 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2023 "About application of special rationing measures" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 280-Z

1. Establish prohibition on use of the territory of the Republic of Belarus for movement of the goods according to the list according to appendix by road transport through the check points located on the site of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus with the Republic of Lithuania imported for realization and (or) consumption in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Action of Item 1 of this resolution does not extend to goods:

2.1. the Republic of Belarus imported on the territory before entry into force of this resolution;

2.2. the Republic of Belarus imported on the territory:

for private use;

the states withdrawn, arrested, confiscated or turned into the income otherwise detained by customs authorities and which were not demanded in the terms established by the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union within implementation of this resolution – regarding sales of goods;
