Based on the Law on N110-XIII weapon of May 18, 1994. 1. Resolve, with observance of provisions of the current legislation, issue by the police agencies authorized in the field, occupancy permits, storage, carrying, sale and transportation of firearms and the ammunition which are in adverse possession of citizens of the Republic of Moldova, the foreign citizens and stateless persons which voluntarily handed over firearms and ammunition in any division of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs in 30-day time to establish the procedure of acceptance, technical and ballistic inspection and issue of permissions to voluntarily handed over weapon and ammunition which are in adverse possession.
