1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of March 10, 2022 No. 7 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. the fourth Item 1 to exclude the paragraph;
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 5.31.1 "Receipt of permission to the admission to the MDP procedure and use of MDP of books", approved by this resolution:
to exclude paragraph two of subitem 1.3.4 of Item 1;
state Item 2 in the following edition:
