About obligatory routine medical examinations of workers

Based on article 6 of the Law No. 186/2008 on health protection and labor safety (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 143-144, of the Art. 587), with subsequent changes, and articles 6 and 49 of the Law No. 10/2009 on the state supervision of public health (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, the Art. 183), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Sanitary regulations on supervision of the state of health of workers, according to appendix No. 1;

2) Sanitary regulations about obligatory medical examinations of workers for the purpose of prevention of infectious diseases, according to appendix No. 2.

2. The provisions of regulations provided in Item 1, extend to workers and employers, physical persons and legal entities, irrespective of patterns of ownership and legal forms.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 1025/2016 about approval of Sanitary regulations on supervision of health of persons subject to impact of factors of professional risk (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 306-313, 1118), with subsequent changes.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
