No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and article 8 of the Law No. 552/2001 on assessment and accreditation in health care system (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 155-157, 1234), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Found National council by assessment and accreditation in health care system as the public organization responsible for assessment and accreditation created by the Ministry of Health in health care system.

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of National council by assessment and accreditation in health care system, according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of National council by assessment and accreditation in health care system, according to appendix No. 2;

3) Changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 3.

3. Establish the extreme number of staff of National council by assessment and accreditation in health care system in number of 20 units.

4. To the Ministry of Health within 30 days from the effective date this resolution:

1) the order to appoint the director of National council of assessment and accreditation in health care system;

To provide 2) on a grant basis the room for implementation of activities of National council by assessment and accreditation in health care system.

5. Stop employment relationships of the staff of the National agency of public health performing functions in the field of accreditation in health care system according to the legislation in the field.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Health.
