1. Approve Regulations on forming and use of extrabudgetary funds of the bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States financed from the single budget of bodies of the CIS it (is applied).

2. To executive committee of the CIS together with the bodies of the Commonwealth financed from the single budget of bodies of the CIS in the first half of the year 2006 to prepare and submit for approval in accordance with the established procedure necessary changes and amendments in regulations on them, and also in the Regulations on budget classification of the bodies of the CIS financed by budgetary funds of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States, approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of November 29, 2001 and in the Regulations on Stabilization fund of the single budget of bodies of the CIS approved by the Decision of CIS Economic Council of December 19, 2003.

3. Permit the bodies of the Commonwealth financed from the single budget of bodies of the CIS to apply temporarily Regulations on forming and use of extrabudgetary funds of the bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States financed from the single budget of bodies of the CIS, from the effective date this Decision.

4. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.
