About approval of the Technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration

Based on parts (1), (3) Article 6 and Article 162 of the Customs code No. 95/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 219-225, 238) and Item 276 of the Regulations on enforcement of the Customs code No. 95/2021, approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, 193), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 93-96,:

1. Approve the Technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration according to appendix.

2. To management of information development and safety of Customs Service to enter corresponding changes into the Information system "ASYCUDA World" in pursuance of provisions of this order.

3. Declare invalid the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 on approval of Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 197-200, 876), with subsequent changes.

4. To assign execution of this order to chiefs of customs bureaus.

5. To charge control of execution of this order to Department of the income and customs control and Management of information development and safety.

6. This order becomes effective since January 01, 2024 and is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
