1. Transfer public institution "National book chamber of Belarus" from subordination of the Ministry of information to subordination of the Ministry of Culture.

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. No. 955 "Questions of the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus" to exclude Item 8 of appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006;

2.2. No. 40 "Questions of the Ministry of Culture" to add appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2017 with Item 35 of the following content:

"35. Public institution "National book chamber of Belarus", Minsk.".

3. To the Ministry of Finance to increase in 2024 expenses of the republican budget to the Ministry of Culture on functional classification by culture and art on ensuring functioning of libraries in the amount no more than 1 035 635 rubles due to the corresponding reduction of the expenses of the republican budget provided to the Ministry of information on other questions in the field of mass media on financing of public institution "National book chamber of Belarus".
