No. 231-237, 533), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Determine that the status of the founder of public organization "Single National Service of the Emergency Challenges 112" performs the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

2. Transfer property of public organization "Single National Service of the Emergency Challenges 112" from management of the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization to Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. To the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to create the commission on transfer and to provide cession of property of public organization "Single National Service of the Emergency Challenges 112" according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

4. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

5. This resolution becomes effective on January 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 778/2009 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, structure and extreme number of its central office (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 173, of the Art. 856), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 1 to add 1) with the following text:

"the list of public organizations in which the Ministry of Internal Affairs is founder, according to appendix No. 5-1.";

To add 2) with appendix of 5-1 following content:

"Appendix No. 5-1

to the Order of the Government No. 778/2009

The list of public organizations in which the Ministry of Internal Affairs is founder

Public organization "Single National Service of the Emergency Challenges 112"".

2. In all text of the Order of the Government No. 243/2016 about creation of Single national service of the emergency challenges 112 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 55-58, 275), with subsequent changes, except for Item 6, of the word "Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalizations" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Internal Affairs" in the corresponding grammatical form.

3. In the Order of the Government No. 1207/2018 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the State register on the basis of the Automated information system of Single national service of the emergency challenges 112 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 499-503, 1315) to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution and the Provision of the word "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Internal Affairs" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in the Provision:

a) in Item 49 the text "and the Ministry of health, work and social protection" to replace with the text", the Ministry of health and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection";

b) in Item 50 the text "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" to replace with the text "The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry, the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development and the Ministry of the environment".

4. Item 6 of appendix No. 5 to the Order of the Government No. 143/2021 on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, No. 206-208, Art. 341), with subsequent changes, to declare invalid.
