About provision of subsidies
Based on Item 13 of the Regulations on procedure for debt restructuring on the credits, the provision of guarantees and subsidies, compensation of losses on the credits approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2020 No. 70, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Provide in 2024 from the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of agricultural industry within the amounts approved by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2023 No. 328-Z "About the republican budget for 2024", subsidies for payment of part of interest for using the bank loans issued on the current activities and issued for financing of the current activities within repayment sums of debt on earlier loans, but no more total amounts of the debt on such credits formed for February 27, 2020 (further – subsidies), to the organizations of agro-industrial complex according to appendix in the following sizes:
on the loans granted in Belarusian rubles – in the amount of 30 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank operating (taking into account its change) in the corresponding period of charge of percent;
on the loans granted in foreign currency – in the amount of 30 percent of rate on the credit, but no more 2,5 of annual interest rate with payment of subsidies in Belarusian rubles on the official rate of National Bank established on the date of transfer of subsidies.
Subsidies are not provided for interest payment, added on the amount of the overdue and (or) deferred (spread) debt on principal debt on the credits, except for the deferred (spread) debt according to Items 2 and 4 of the Regulations on procedure for debt restructuring on the credits, provision of guarantees and subsidies, to compensation of losses on the credits.
