1. To the Ministry of Finance in 2024 to place temporarily free money of the republican budget in deposits (deposits) in Belagroprombank open joint stock company (further - JSC Belagroprombank) in the amount to 29 318 thousand rubles, in open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank (further - JSC ASB Belarusbank) in the amount to 7500 thousand rubles.
The means specified in part one of this Item are placed for up to December 31, 2026 with establishment of deposit interest rate (deposit) in the amount of annual interest rate 1,5.
2. Offer JSC Belagroprombank at the expense of the means specified in Item 1 of this resolution grant in 2024 the loans for financing of the current activities:
To the Vitebsk regional consumer society in the amount no more than 3000 thousand rubles;
To the Minsk regional consumer society in the amount no more than 5000 thousand rubles.
2-1. Offer JSC Belagroprombank at the expense of the means specified in Item 1 of this resolution sign supplementary agreements to the credit agreement of March 13, 2024 No. 5062240021, signed with the Minsk regional consumer society, for the total amount of the credits to 4965 thousand rubles with the term of their complete return (repayment) till December 31, 2026 and monthly payment of interest for using by them in the amount of 3 annual interest rates, including:
with Berezinsky district consumer society for the total amount of the credit to 675 thousand rubles;
with the Minsk district consumer society for the total amount of the credit to 2470 thousand rubles;
with Stolbtsovsky district consumer society for the total amount of the credit to 1820 thousand rubles.
