The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that in 2024 are applied:
the rates of payment for negative impact on the environment approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 13, 2016 No. 913 "About rates of payment for negative impact on the environment and additional coefficients", established for 2018 with use in addition to other coefficients of coefficient of 1,32;
rates of payment for negative impact on the environment according to appendix.
1(1). Determine that concerning the territories and objects which are under special protection according to the Federal Laws, the rates of payment for negative impact on the environment specified in paragraph three of Item 1 of this resolution are applied with use of additional coefficient 2.
2. This resolution is applied to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2024.
