About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2019 No. 39
Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Method of calculation of total amount of consumption of alcohol approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2019 No. 39, the following changes:
in Item 5 of the word "once" shall be replaced with words "at least once";
state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. Information basis for calculation of amount of consumption of the unregistered alcohol are:
7.1. official statistical information:
about cash incomes of the population;
about the mortality rate, connected with alcohol intake;
about the population education level;
7.2. extrapolated primary statistical data of selective inspection of households on level of living about purchase of separate types of alcoholic beverages;
7.3. information of the Ministry of Health on consumption of the unregistered alcohol obtained:
by results of social research about prevalence of risk factors of noninfectious diseases in the Republic of Belarus (further – the data STEPS research);
by results of social researches of different national groups (further – data of social researches);
with use of method of expert evaluations based on information on detention and withdrawal of alcoholic products and beer;
7.4. extrapolated primary statistical data of one-time selective multiindicator cluster inspections for assessment of provision of children and women (further – data MIXES).";
