1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2019 No. 7 "About approval of the Regulations on the commission on public procurements" the following changes:
to state the name of the resolution in the following edition:
"About the commission on public procurements";
to state Item 9 of the Regulations on the commission on public procurements approved by this resolution in the following edition:
"9. Physical persons in the cases specified in part one of Item 3 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About public procurements of goods (works, services)" cannot be members of the commission.
The member of the commission shall report to the customer (organizer) about emergence of the circumstances provided by part one of this Item without delay. In case of identification as a part of the commission of the physical persons specified in part one of this Item, the customer (organizer) shall exclude them from structure of the commission without delay.".
