For the purpose of implementation of decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 24, 2023 "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning separate types of meat of cattle" and of December 12, 2023 No. 144 "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning separate types of fowl" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 123
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for use of the tariff privilege in 2024 for import to the Republic of Belarus of amounts of meat of cattle and fowl it (is applied).
2. Provide to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food coordination of activities of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom concerning use of the tariff privilege according to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
