Based on paragraphs of the sixth, seventh, ninth or thirteenth of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 25, 2005 "About quarantine and protection of plants" and in pursuance of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2023 No. 306-Z "About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About quarantine and protection of plants" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 77-Z

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for use of the automated information system "BELFITO" and its interaction with other information systems (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for monitoring procedure in production sites (including conversions), shipments of the seed and landing material which is quarantine products, intended for import to the Republic of Belarus (are applied).

2. Establish the list of the data containing in the notification of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs planning to perform and performing wholesale trade by remedies of plants according to appendix 1.

3. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.

4. Declare invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 1993 No. 509 "About measures for improvement of the organization of quarantine of plants in the Republic of Belarus";
