According to part two of article 49 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, for the purpose of ensuring indemnification which can be caused as a result of emergency situations, including the fires and accidents on objects of the increased danger, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure and conditions of liability insurance of subjects of managing, other legal entities in whose use there are objects of the increased danger, for harm which can be caused owing to emergency situations which are applied.
2. To management of interaction with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Koreva Yu.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
