For the purpose of increase in competitiveness of products made in the Republic of Belarus and ensuring recognition of achievements in the field of quality I decide:

1. Found the State quality label.

2. Approve the image and the description of the State quality label (are applied).

3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

determine procedure for assignment of the State quality label and the list of the stimulating privileges and preferences provided to producers in case of assignment of the State quality label;

take other measures for implementation of this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
