About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 285 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 1184; 2024, No. 11, the Art. 687), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice

1. To add Item 9 paragraph two after the words "approved by the Ministry of Health" with words ", and also pharmaceutical specialties according to the procedure, provided by these Licensed conditions".

2. Add Licensed conditions with Item 18-1 of the following content:

"18-1. It is allowed to carry out preventive inoculations in pharmaceutical institutions on condition of observance of the following requirements:

1) availability of the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice, opening of medical office without observance of requirements of the subitem of 1 Item of 12 presents of licensed conditions operating according to regulations on such office;

2) availability of the license for implementation of economic activity on retail trade by medicines;
