About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 18, 2019 No. 1346

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 18, 2019 No. 1346 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state information system of accounting and control of the address with waste of I and II classes of danger" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 43, Art. 6102; 2022, No. 10, Art. 1508).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 18, 2019 No. 1346

1. In the text of the word "Approve Enclosed" shall be replaced with words "1. Approve enclosed".

"2. This resolution is effective till September 1, 2030".

3. In the Regulations on federal state information system of accounting and control of the address with waste of I and II classes of danger approved by the specified resolution:

a) add with Item 8 (1) the following content:

"8(1). The system can join the additional information containing in the state information systems specified in Item 6 of this provision, provided by the agreements (regulations) signed (approved) by the operator of system with operators of the corresponding state information systems.";
