About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 8, 2012 No. 1021

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 8, 2012 No. 1021 "About determination of the locations of check-points through which commodity importation and vehicles on the territory of the Special economic zone in the Magadan region and commodity exportation and vehicles from this territory, and approval of requirements to their arrangement and the equipment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 42, the Art. 5712) is performed.
2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

1. State the name in the following edition:

2. In word preamble "According to article 6.1 of the Federal law "About the Special Economic Zone in the Magadan Region" to exclude.
3. In Item 1 of the word "in the Magadan region" shall be replaced with words "in the territories of the Magadan region and Southern Kuril, Kuril and North Kuril city districts of the Sakhalin region".
4. To state appendix No. 1 to the specified resolution in the following edition:
