The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine the locations of check-points through which commodity importation and vehicles on the territory of the Special economic zone in the territories of the Magadan region and Southern Kuril, Kuril and North Kuril city districts of the Sakhalin region is performed (further - the special economic zone) both commodity exportation and vehicles from this territory, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Approve requirements to arrangement and the equipment of check-points through which commodity importation and vehicles on the territory of the special economic zone and commodity exportation and vehicles from this territory, according to appendix No. 2 is performed.

3. To provide to administration of the Magadan region till January 1, 2013 holding the actions connected with financing at the expense of funds of the federal budget of expenses of administration of the special economic zone for arrangement and the equipment of check-points through which commodity importation and vehicles on the territory of the special economic zone and commodity exportation and vehicles from this territory, according to the requirements provided by appendix No. 2 to this resolution is performed.
