Rules of dismantle, export and storage out of the place of withdrawal of the capital processing equipment withdrawn from the illicit trafficking specified in Items 2 and 4 of part 1 of article 13 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production";
