1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the direction of receipts from maintaining forest and hunting economy on financing of actions for maintaining forest and hunting economy it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2024.

Regulations on procedure for the direction of receipts from maintaining forest and hunting economy on financing of actions for maintaining forest and hunting economy

1. This Provision determines procedure for the direction of receipts from maintaining forest and hunting economy (further if other is not provided, - receipts) on financing of actions for maintaining forest and hunting economy by the legal entities conducting forestry (further - legal entities).

2. For the purposes of this provision:

2.1. treat receipts from forest management:

payments for forest utilization;

receipts from realization of forest products;

the amounts of the penalty fee paid by forest users for provision by legal entities of delay on carrying out cabins of the wood and (or) removal of the wood which is not cut down and (or) is not exported at the scheduled time;
