About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Determine that:
paragraphs of the sixth - the tenth the subitem "an" of Item 1 and Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution are applied to the legal relationship arising in case of execution of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation starting with budgets for 2024 and for planning period of 2025 and 2026;
action of paragraphs two and the third subitem "b" of Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2024.
3. Recognize invalid:
the paragraph of the seventh of the subitem "b" of Item of 1 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning administration and forming of the list of sources of the income of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2022 No. 294 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning administration and forming of the list of sources of the income of the Russian Federation and recognition voided separate provision of the act of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 11, the Art. 1688);
paragraph two of Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 12, 2022 No. 2292 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2007 No. 995" and the subitem "an" of Item of 1 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2007 No. 995, approved by the specified resolution (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 51, the Art. 9250).
