1. In the resolution:
The name of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:
"About approval of the Procedure for submission of the data necessary for calculation of the non-personal tax, other than the parcel of land";
2) in Item 1 of the resolution of the word "bodies of state registration of the rights to real estate and the bodies performing registration of the residence of physical persons" to exclude.
2. The procedure for representation by bodies of state registration of the rights to real estate and the bodies performing registration of the residence of the physical persons, data necessary for calculation of the non-personal tax, other than the parcel of land approved by the specified resolution to state in the following edition:
