The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for appointment, refusal in appointment and cancellations of appointment of certification body for individual approval of wheel vehicles, batches of parts and the equipment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 1, 2016 No. 419 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 55, Art. 1911; 2019, No. 69, Art. 2417; 2023, to No. 47, the Art. 2568), having stated it in the enclosed edition.

2. Determine that in certification bodies for individual approval of wheel vehicles, the batches of parts and the equipment appointed before entry into force of this resolution, the bases for cancellation of appointment of such body provided by the paragraph third subitem 4 and the subitem 6 of Item 14 of the Procedure for appointment, refusal in appointment and cancellations of appointment of certification body taking into account the changes approved by this resolution are applied to individual approval of wheel vehicles, batches of parts and the equipment in three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
