The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for appointment, refusal in appointment and cancellations of appointment of certification body for individual approval of vehicles, batches of parts and the equipment which is applied.

2. Item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 54, Art. 1755), to add with subitem 71-1 of the following content:

"71-1) appoints certification bodies for individual approval of vehicles, batches of parts and the equipment;".

3. To provide to the ministry of infrastructure acceptance in the two-month time of necessary regulatory legal acts and to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 4 of Item 13 of the Procedure approved by this resolution which becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.
