Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The rules of conducting anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and projects of regulatory legal acts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 26, 2010 No. 96 "About anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and projects of regulatory legal acts" (Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 10, Art. 1084), to add with item 4 (1) the following content:

"4(1). The projects of regulatory legal acts providing application of measures of customs and tariff and non-tariff regulation concerning which the subcommittee on customs tariff and non-tariff regulation, protective measures in foreign trade of Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration makes the decision that the specified projects of regulatory legal acts are not subject to placement for public discussion on the website regulation.gov.ru on the Internet and also the projects of regulatory legal acts providing application of special economic measures are not subject to independent anti-corruption examination.".
