About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 21, 2022 No. 295 "About approval of the Instruction for creation of electronic land cadastral maps"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 21, 2022 No. 295 "About approval of the Instruction for creation of electronic land cadastral maps" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 29862) the following changes and amendments:

in the Instruction for creation of electronic land cadastral maps approved by the specified order:

4) to exclude the subitem;

add with subitem 5-1) of the following content:

"5-1) information system of the single State Immovable Property Cadastre (further – IS EGKN) – the information system containing data of land and legal inventories which procedure for maintaining is determined by the Code and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state registration of the rights to real estate".";

6) to exclude the subitem;

"6. Electronic land cadastral maps are created by means of IS EGKN and GIS.";

"13. In case of identification of topological mistakes during creation of electronic land cadastral maps with use of cartographic materials of scales 1:500, 1:1000 and 1:2000 field works for coordinating of borders of the crossed parcels of land according to their actual location are carried out.

After completion of field works, coordinating of borders of the parcels of land and the relevant data, with indication of topological mistakes is carried out, are brought in layer of "Border of not properly executed parcels of land" of the electronic land cadastral map.";
