The head of inspection department on transport of Inspection (for its absence - person, it replacing) on each change of portable PTK constitutes route card in form, according to appendix 3 to these rules, in duplicate, one of which is stored in Inspection one calendar year, another is given to change of portable PTK.
To exit of portable PTK to change the Head of inspection department on transport of Inspection sends to the Situational center of Committee the approved route card in electronic format.
