About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning state regulation of the sphere of production, conversion and the address of precious metals and gemstones

Determine that for implementation of activities for procurement of scrap and waste of precious metals and products (products) containing precious metals, the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs having on the date of entry into force of this resolution license for activities on buying up at physical persons of jewelry and other products from precious metals and gemstones, scrap of such products submit the application for the modification of the register of licenses for carrying out assessment of conformity of the licensee by Federal assay chamber to licensed requirements according to the procedure established by the Federal Law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity".

4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024, except for paragraphs of third - the sixth subitem "a", subitems "b" and "k" of Item 2, of the subitem "g" of Item 7, of paragraphs of the fifteenth - the nineteenth subitem "v" of Item of 10 changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning state regulation of the sphere of production, conversion and the address of precious metals and gemstones

1. In Rules of accounting and storage of precious metals, gemstones and products from them, and also maintaining the corresponding reporting, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 28, 2000 No. 731 "About approval of Rules of accounting and storage of precious metals, gemstones and products from them, and also maintaining the corresponding reporting" (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 41, Art. 4077; 2013, No. 47, Art. 6112; 2015, No. 43, Art. 5970):

a) add Item 2 with words ", and also on artists-jewelers";

b) add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:

e) in Item 9:
