1. Agree with offers of the Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of investments, the industry and trade, the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Economics and finance and khokimiyat of the Khorezm region:
about transfer of the irrigated parcel of land by Ploshchad 3,1 of hectare in Shavatsky district of the Khorezm region from category of lands of agricultural purpose in category of lands of the industry, transport, communication, defense and other appointment according to appendix;
about creation of the free economic zone Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan (further - trade zone) for the organization on this parcel of land Ploshchad 3,1 of hectare of infrastructure for storage, selection, sales of goods, transport and other modern services;
about determination of term of functioning of trade zone of 30 years with possibility of its subsequent prolongation.
2. Assign management function by activities of trade zone to the State unitary enterprise "Directorate of the free economic zone Hazarasp (further - Directorate).
For the purpose of implementation of the works connected with the organization of trade zone and establishing its activities to form the headquarters under the leadership of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
3. Determine that:
a) in trade zone:
on the basis of modern technologies rendering services in acceptance, storage and selection of products is performed;
on the basis of "single window" and interactive mechanisms for clients banking services and currency exchange, mobile communication, medical and hotel services, services of maintenance of vehicles and others with carrying out studying of the available infrastructure and opportunities of customs, tax services, certified, phytosanitary, veterinary and transport services will be organized;
