Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of activities for production and realization of the printed material protected from counterfeits approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 5, 2020 No. 1788 "About licensing of activities for production and realization of the printed material protected from counterfeits" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 46, Art. 7289; 2022, No. 4, Art. 638; No. 47, Art. 8223; 2023, No. 14, Art. 2438).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of activities for production and realization of the printed material protected from counterfeits

1. In Item 5:

a) in subitems "b" and "zh" of the word "belonging to it on the property right or other legal cause" to exclude;

b) in the subitem "z" of the word "belonging to it legally" to exclude.

2. In Item 7:

a) in the subitem "b" of the word "in case of lack of information on labor activity of such workers in information resources of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "in case of implementation of labor activity by such workers till 2020";

b) in the subitem "v" of the word "in case of lack of data on such documents in the federal information system "The Federal Register of Data on Education Documents and (or) about Qualification, Documents on Training" shall be replaced with words "in case of receipt of the documents confirming education of such workers till July 10, 1992".
