1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming and maintaining the State register of grades and hybrids of the agricultural plants allowed to use and also provisions of data from it.
2. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation till September 1, 2024:
a) provide technical readiness of the Federal state information system in the field of seed farming of agricultural plants to order taking for introduction of data on grades and hybrids of agricultural plants in the State register of grades and hybrids of the agricultural plants allowed to use and carrying out testing of grades and hybrids of agricultural plants on hozyaystvenno useful signs and (or) properties of agricultural plants (further - the State register), requests for modification of the data containing in the State register, requests for exception of data of the State register, the statement for provision of the statement from the State register arriving from the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" and also to acceptance of questionnaires of grade or hybrid of agricultural plant and descriptions of grade or hybrid of agricultural plant;
b) perform together with the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation development and placement in the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" of interactive forms of requests and statements which are specified in the subitem "an" of this Item, in the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
