About approval of the Regulations on creation and activities of the interdepartmental commissions of subjects of the Russian Federation for counteraction of illegal employment

For the purpose of ensuring single state policy in the field of counteraction of illegal employment in the Russian Federation, and also implementation of article 66 of the Federal law "About Employment of the Population in the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on creation and activities of the interdepartmental commissions of subjects of the Russian Federation on counteraction of illegal employment.

2. Recommend to the supreme executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in 3-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution:

form the interdepartmental commission on counteraction of illegal employment;

approve regulations on the interdepartmental commission on counteraction of illegal employment;

approve structure of the interdepartmental commission on counteraction of illegal employment;

determine the list of municipalities in which territories the working groups of the interdepartmental commission on counteraction of illegal employment which will be its integral part will be created;

approve regulations on procedure for creation and activities of working groups of the interdepartmental commission on counteraction of illegal employment.

3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation to perform monitoring of execution of Item 2 of this resolution and on its results to report in the Government of the Russian Federation in 4-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
