Some questions of activities of the state safety inspector of aircraft

According to the paragraph third the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts one of article 16 of the Air code of Ukraine:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the state safety inspector of aircraft.
2. Determine that before establishment aviation rules of Ukraine of sample of the form of the certificate of the state safety inspector of aircraft to such state inspectors draw up the certificates of the state inspector on aviation supervision in the Public air service of Ukraine made on sample according to the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of February 9, 2010 No. 68.
3. Make changes to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 "About approval of Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine" (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, Art. 2239; 2022, No. 82, Art. 5011; 2023, No. 85, the Art. 4913) and of September 26, 2007 No. 1172 "About introduction of positions of the state inspectors on aviation supervision in the Public air service and payment terms of their work" (the Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 73, Art. 2728; 2012, No. 59, Art. 2374; 2016, No. 79, Art. 2641; 2017, No. 43, Art. 1341; 2018, No. 14, Art. 468; 2019, No. 66, Art. 2282) which are attached.
