Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on single questions of the administrative-territorial device the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on single questions of the administrative-territorial device

1. In Regulations on the State fund of documentation on land management and assessment of lands approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 17, 2004 No. 1553 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 46, Art. 3039; 2021, No. 35, Art. 2089; 2022, No. 41, Art. 2219):

In paragraph four of Item 3 of the word of "administrative areas and the cities of regional value" shall be replaced with words 1) "areas, the cities, settlements and villages";

2) in the paragraph the second Item 17 of the word "to public authorities, local government bodies," and "in written or electronic form" to exclude;

3) in appendix 2 to the Provision of the word "district centers, cities of regional value" shall be replaced with words "the administrative centers of areas, the cities, the settlement and the village within area".
