About approval of Changes in Criterion, applied in case of determination of medicines which advertizing is forbidden
According to part four of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines", Directives of the European Parliament and Council 2001/83/EU of November 6, 2001 about the Code of community concerning the medicines intended for application by the person Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), for the purpose of settlement of advertizing of the medicines provided without recipes for ensuring rational use of medicines I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to the Criteria applied in case of determination of medicines which advertizing is forbidden No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of June 6, 2012 422, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 16, 2012 at No. 1189/21501 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 23, 2021 No. 2593) which are applied.
2. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Taras Lyaskovsky):
1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Sergey Dubrov.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
