Some questions of carrying out monitoring and assessment of the state regional policy

According to Article part four 24, "About fundamentals of the state regional policy" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts two of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve enclosed:
Procedure of monitoring of the state regional policy;
Procedure for carrying out estimation of realization of the state regional policy.
2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 4, 2023 No. 816 "Some questions of development of regional development strategies and actions plans on their realization and carrying out monitoring of realization of the specified strategy and actions plans" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 77, the Art. 4364) and of August 4, 2023 No. 817 "Some questions of development of the state strategy of regional development of Ukraine and the actions plan on its realization and carrying out monitoring of realization of the specified Strategy and the actions plan" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 77, the Art. 4365) the enclosed changes.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Items 8-11 of the Procedure of the monitoring of the state regional policy approved by this resolution which become effective in 12 months after the termination or cancellation of warlike situation.
