For the purpose of ensuring timely, complete and high-quality achievement of the target indicators for 2024 determined within strategy implementation "Uzbekistan - 2030", increases in the personal responsibility and enhancement of system of efficiency evaluation of activities of heads and deputy managers republican and local executive bodies, and also economic associations in this direction:
1. Establish procedure according to which:
key performance indicators (KPI) (further - performance indicators) activities of heads and deputy managers of republican executive bodies and economic associations, "road maps" on their achievement and the program of the measures performed by them in regions affirm the Cabinet of Ministers;
performance indicators of activities of vice-chairmen of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the deputies of hokim of areas and the city of Tashkent developed on the basis of performance indicators of activities of heads and deputy managers of republican executive bodies and economic associations, and also the program of measures by regions affirm the Cabinet of Ministers, "road maps" on their achievement - the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokimama of areas and the city of Tashkent;
performance indicators of activities of hokim of areas (cities) and their deputies affirm the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokimama of areas and the city of Tashkent, on the basis of performance indicators of activities of deputy managers of the local executive bodies approved by the Cabinet of Ministers
